A portrait series with inspiring individuals on their passion for sound with the Danish wireless loudspeaker company
Danish loudspeaker makers Dynaudio approached Friends of Friends to collaborate on The Art of Listening, an interview series with creatives whose work combines a passion for sound and/or music. The three portraits we produced showcased passionate listeners: fashion designer Nicholas Daley in London, DJ Alexandra Droner in Berlin and sound anthropologist Holger Schulze in Copenhagen.
The aim of the campaign was to spark engagement and dialogue with new Dynaudio customers as well as existing customers highlighting their unique approach to wireless sound quality.
Services include ideation and concept, research and casting, defining visual narratives, photography, editorials, video production and social content published on both Friends of Friends and Dynaudio’s platforms for further engagement.
London-based fashion designer Nicholas Daley profiled in his studio. FvF Productions produced a video portrait of Nicholas Daley which also explored his relationship to listening, while subtly integrating Dynaudio speakers into his working environment.
With an immersive background in music from Berlin’s ’90s club scene, DJ Alexandra Droner dissects her interest in audiophilia in this long-form interview.
Sound anthropologist Holger Schulze intently focuses on sound environment in his work and our interview portrait examines his passion in this field.
Our collaborative partnership with Dynaudio spans international long-form interviews with video content and campaign coverage on social media for increased brand presence.
All productions were planned and executed by FvF. The photographer featured within this project was Robert Rieger.
